I completely understand the other reviews about not feeling welcomed. Same here my first time. Then Ben protested and that motivated me to return & give it a 2nd try. Since I did not get the persons name I will be as specific as I can - today June 6th between 1-2p - I had the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. I recently had Ben & Jerry's cater an event for my facility.

They were competitively priced, showed up on time, and took care of everything.

I'd love to have them back!

Just left the shop. The girl there is amazing. She gave me a suggestion on a shake last time I was here and greeted me today like I come in every day. She remembered me and even asked how my son was doing. This will definitely be my go to shake place thanks
