The ice cream is delicious and their premade cakes are awesome.
The issue is custom cakes, I sent my inspiration photo and instead of telling me they couldn't make anything close to it, they took the job.
I just picked up my cake and paid over $100 for a cake that looks nothing like what l asked for.
I drive by almost everyday & today as I was driving home from work I stopped in. Can I just tell you what a wonderful experience I had? The customer service was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by their selections & when I viewed their pies, to my surprise they had a strawberry shortcake that was breathtaking by the appearance alone. “THAT’S THE ONE!” Those were my words!
