If you're within an hour of East Greenwich and you're looking for an amazing meal outstanding service in a beautiful restaurant then look no further the Providence oyster Bar in East Greenwich Rhode Island. I just left there a short while ago. Upon pulling in I was greeted by a friendly valet attendant. Walking in I sat right down the servers came over provided menus water all standard you get that in most nice restaurants. Absolutely amazing experience!!! The food was incredible!!! Everything was fresh and amazing! The staff was super attentive and sweet ! Will def be coming back and bringing all my friends and family :)

The food is consistently fresh and above par. The restaurant features a fabulous 3-course menu during Providence Restaurant Week. Regular menu favorites include the moule frite, considered the best ever, along with the cod romano and baked stuffed shrimp, both excellent choices. The inside music is kept at a low level, making it easy to talk and enjoy the meal.

The new england clam chowder is so flavorful and creamy. Oysters Rockefeller were delish, as were the clams casino. Ahi tuna and stuffed sole for entrees made the meal complete. The restaurant manager ensures guests are well taken care of.
