“I've been going to see Jay for a long time. Food is always delicious. Fish Bowls are the way to go if you want an amazing drink. Karaoke daily, and if you come more than once, you'll see there are PLENTY of regulars that come to sing.“

“Servers were lovely, the food was great, my toddler loved his meatball and pasta. Most importantly this was one of the few extremely accommodating gluten free locations right off I-95 for my wife's Celiac. Can't recommend enough and will likely be back next year!“

“Everything was...okay. Food, atmosphere and bartender were ok. One if the waitresses was great. The drinks were VERY expensive. We'd walked down with the intention of having dinner and a few drinks, but at $4.75 for a coors light and $12 for a mixed drink in a low ball glass, we chose not too.“

“atmosphere was cute... service great. food was subpar. paid $60 for a steak sandwich that looked & tasted like a TV dinner, appetizer that tasted like canned chicken soup, and fries that were definitely under the heater for too long“

“I wish I could relive last night. What a blast watching UFC there. My drinks made tasty and fast. Those ladies work hard and efficiently. That guy constantly refilling ice everywhere. Very very clean. No rowdy crowd. Friendly security guard. I'll be going here for sporting events that I can attend from now on. I know it was a late night but I do wish y'all left the volumes on the TV's ON for 5 or so more minutes to listen to the quick after fight interview still in the octagon... gotta leave that volume on after a main event! See y'all on the 4'th of next month. BTW, I went by myself.. my friends were being lazy and or busy.. but I made 5 new friends while there lol. 🤙👍👍 see you next UFC“

“I came by for a night stopover for my trip back from RI to Atlanta. Friendly bartender. He cooks me a good steak and then talks me up on the LLWS. Cheap drinks, local company and good food. 5 stars. Oh yeah. Cash only.“

“Change is inevitable, I suppose. I was never a big fan, and now that I'm older I like it even less. SIGH. Sometimes change is good. Unfortunately, I'm a looooooong way from good after revisiting OHT. My apologies for this Swiss cheese of a review, but I hadda pull out the butcher's blade and start chopping!
...replaced with sturdy (and comfortable) wooden Adirondack chairs scattered around the patio accompanied by propane heaters. There are also several high-tops between the outdoor bar and the main building and a small stage near the firepit.
Astute individuals will have (hopefully) noticed there's been some changes made at OHT, and not necessarily for the better. [I've dumped the bits regarding the food 'cause one disappointment shouldn't color your perspective on a place you loved.... but] But I strongly believe that it's the small things that make or break somewhere that falls into the 'I Love This Place' category. And it's the small things that soured OHT for me. First, no more Anchor Porter. Sucks to be me, sigh. Second, the main menu has been trimmed, IMHO severely. Seems to be mostly chicken and barbecue items and burgers. (another sux4me 'cause I Loved the portobello dish and...) Third, and probably the last camel that broke its back due to a straw for me. The portions were smaller AND taste, texture, and technique were on holiday. Look, I am fully cognizant of the difficulties involved in acquiring certain ingredients, however, the food I got belonged under a heat-lamp in some gas, sorry, some 'service' station on the border of Nowheresville, USA. CONSISTENCY is important. If a thing is almost unrecognizable from the exact thing ordered the day before, in every sense applicable, it's highly unlikely I'd order it again.
... good atmosphere, family-friendly, outdoor firepit, supersized Jenga game o/s, as well as cornhole, a putting green, an outdoor bar (open seasonally), free peanuts & popcorn (nix the popcorn, nee Covid), and last but not least, Fairly low prices. Sadly, in the universe we currently find ourselves in, low prices mean that the item served no longer adheres to what your palate remembers. Or your brain remembers, for that matter. What I ordered and what was served was light-years from what I'd been ordering for at least a decade prior to today.“

“This place really shocked me. I was not expecting such great prices and great quality food. We ordered a few appetizers to share thinking they wouldn’t be enough for a meal. We have left overs for about 2 days. Their nachos were piled high, and not skimped out on the toppings. Our server recommended the “hoochie mama “ flavored wings and they were some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy and sweet/savory. The sangria was amazing and I wish I lived closer to come here every weekend. We spent only $60 on 4 apps, and 2 drinks. Can’t beat it“

“Order anything and it's going to be wonderful. I personally love the grinders and wings. Trivia night is a blast, so go enjoy that with your friends. Gets filled up quickly, so go early and eat and then have a few drinks and enjoy the atmosphere and fun trivia questions.“

“I have been to the pub many times for dinner, whenever we are nearby but this time something was different. The atmosphere and service are great, but we got the huge shrimp cocktail and the brisket sandwich, it really was special. An unexpected treat. Go early.🧐“
