“Fun spot in a cool neighborhood. I went early (5pm) and it was not too crowded. Everyone (even patrons) were super friendly and easy to to talk to.
Service was great and fast. Very personable.
Fun place to shoot pool and hang out in a saltwater themed bar. Love the aesthetic in here. Will definitely be back!
Parking: You'll likely have to drive up and down if you're looking to park on Ives. It is in walking distance of paid parking or other places.“

“Gilligan’s is GREAT! Been my local for a number of years…the owner Amanda has tastefully updated it since buying it, yet kept the great friendly, welcoming feeling. Nice wine list, local crafts & a good place to catch a game! Give it a try“

“I got outrageously hammered here and miscalculated my tab when it was time to sign it and ended up tipping them in almost 100%, which would have been way too much even tho they're good folks. luckily they were kind enough to notice and not debit all that money from my card so 5/5 will come again“
“One of the oldest pubs in the United States, just not the same name lol. The Son's of Liberty drank here! They still serve Half-Yards! A beer drinkers Mecca they have dozens of bottles and draft options. Priced right. One caveat, they haven't painted since the Son's drank there so keep a sense of humor. Great place for some suds. I've been a customer for over thirty years.
Dietary restrictions: As long as it's beer or whiskey you are good!
Kid-friendliness: Not!“

“Darling Cafe with friendly owners!! Thank you so much for the rum and diet coke!! I appreciate your kindness! Great get-away being near the hospitals and Ronald McDonald House.“
“Historic tavern located right on the Providence River, on the east side of the pedestrian bridge. The building itself is very cool, it’s pretty roomy and the old style brick walls will make you feel like you drinking in a true colonial tavern. I enjoyed the beer list and they were all reasonable priced. They have a pool table, two dart boards, a couple TVs, and someone even came in with a chess set, so plenty of stuff to do. I was able to get in with my Colorado ID without an issue. It’s also close to downtown, so easy to find other places if you’re bar hopping or just aren’t feeling the vibe.“
