“We stopped in on a Sunday at about 4:00pm because we had heard this was "jam" day. As I understand it, there are two alternating bands that let musicians/singers sign in and then perform in turn on their own instruments(except the drums for obvious reasons). I thought the band was good in all of its incarnations. There is a definite music theme throughout the décor. From the mural of rockers which covers an entire wall to the Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin base drums and the guitar shaped neon. If you wanted to watch the band and could not get a seat in the front room, there were a couple of cctv's showing the performers in the back and bar area. There is a full bar of about 20 seats with a decent selection of draft beer. When we were there the place was packed and the two bartenders were doing a good job of keeping up with the demand. There were about ten tables and no waitresses. You can order at the bar but I believe a sign is needed to direct one to the appropriate place to order. Food is available. “Great Irish pub with very friendly staff and patrons. The type of place people will move over to help you get a seat. I watched 2 strangers at a 4 top invite 2 people that were waiting for a table to sit with them. The atmosphere was great. It is kid friendly. There was live music playing on a Sunday afternoon. Just the right level so you could talk and not yell. My daughter and I each started with a Shirley Temple. I'm a big kid at heart. For an appetizer we each got a cup of their creamy, buttery, thick and absolutely delicious clam chowder! My daughter got the baha burger. She really liked it. The fries were crisp with a nice spice. I had a stuffed quohog, this was served hot with butter and lemon. This was so good. I had the garlic parmesan chicken wings. These were crispy, juicy on the inside, and the flavors were delicious! Some of the best I've had. The entire time the staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely worth checking out!“

“Today, we popped in for lunch a bit earlier than usual because it's often really busy, but we were lucky to get a table immediately. We tried the fish tacos, a Thanksgiving Day sandwich, and another sandwich - all delicious! Our server was awesome. The size of the portions really surprised us. We'll definitely come back.“

“Our party of 20 had an excellent dining experience. Our waitress was hands down incredible! She was pleasant and not a bit flustered or overwhelmed. I was expecting a decent wait for our food considering the large size of our party but I was pleasantly surprised! We had 3 large tables and each table had drinks at the same time, all 3 tables had our appetizers at the same time, and all 3 tables had our food brought out at the same time. That alone is impressive, but the wait was no longer than you would normally expect. The food was great and hot. 20 meals and not a single complaint! Highly impressed with the entire staff last night, thank you Barrett’s!!!“
“Had dinner here Tuesday night. We've had fish and chips at other restaurants throughout the years, some good and some not so good. The fish and chips we had here are the absolute best we've ever had. They were so delicious, and cooked perfectly! The portions were generous as well. It may be awhile before we try other foods on their menu because we'll want to keep ordering the fish and chips! The service was great and for a large place that atmosphere still seemed warm and inviting. The only negative was that from where we sat we could see windows and they were very dirty.“
“We stopped in here a couple weeks ago after I took my dad to a doctor's appointment. The girl's in the office were ordering take out for their lunch. I said to my dad lets try this place not knowing the area. Well , one lunch and we were sold. The following weekend we brought the whole family and I think there was a dozen of us and we all had a great meal. I had the best steamers you can get. I was so pleased. The bartender was super friendly and efficient. We don't live near by and my 89 year old dad asks to go there once a week. Congratulations to this couple for running a successful restaurant. It's not easy and you've definitely done a great job. Wishing you much success in the future.“

“Parkers is my favorite spot when the sport games are on - sorry Jen!But really the food is awesome - my doctor tells me I need to cut back on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer wings but he just doesn't understand how delicious they are, especially with steak fries. I also love the red dragon sauce - admittedly i need to try more sauces but the buffy is one of my all time favorites My other go to is the Billy Mac pizza - Ronald may have invented the combo on a bun but Parkers version is scrumtrellesant!!Staff is always friendly and it's always a good vibe inside. “I'll just say at the outset that I had preconceived ideas about this place when my SIL suggested that we all meet up here for lunch. Friends of ours were always reporting that they were at this boozer called Jimmy's getting clobbered. I expected a louch, dark boozy pub and found a bright lively restaurant with terrific food! Huge portions of delicious food for short money? I'm there! I had some of the onion rings which were delicious, and shrimp scampi over rice pilaf rather than linguine. It was excellent! I could not eat it all and still make the drive back to Cape Cod comfortably. My SIL's fish and chips plate was huge and she reported that it was delicious. My BIL had an enormous burger with sweet potato fries. Next time when I'm looking for Fish & Chips in the area, I'll know where to go!“
“Steak tips were amazing, cooked perfect and so flavorful. French fries and moons of mozzarella were good, you can tell the fryer oil is clean from a good fry color. Hubby got cowboy burger and clam chowdah and enjoyed both. He raved the clam chowdah was delicious. Our server Steve was amazing and attentive. We had a great night minus a few obnoxiously loud people there which is not the restaurants fault. We will return for sure.“
