Waitresses were always pleasant, polite and good humored. (Image the ribbing they took from 6 to 10 older men! Friday, 3/15/24 ,my wife, my sister, my nephew and I had the dinner special for 2. Each :Cup of Chowder, 2 Clam Cakes, Fries, and Fish. EXCELLENT in every sense of the word and good portions! ( I also managed to consume a HUGE Strawberry Shortcake! ) I cannot praise enough the quality of the meal, service, and reasonable price. You owe yourself a trip and meal at this“
“Incredible Burger ! Cooked to perfection! Definitely going back it’s legit the best burger I’ve had in a long time .. maybe I went in at the right time , the bartender was chill … New to the area from San Diego will definitely be going back ..I got the Bacon Cheddar and asked for Grilled onion & truffle fry’s & vinegar . “Went out with some work friends to this cool pub in downtown newport. I would recommend a reservation as this was a Wednesday night and the place was still packed. The staff were receptive and provided excellent service. I never found myself waiting for a fresh drink. The food was suprisingly delicious which is something i dont normally expect from a large and varied menu. The pricing is about normal for the area, so if tourist area prices are not for you it may not be the best option. I will be recommending Brick Alley to friends. And the only reason i will not give 5 stars is i try to reserve that rating for very special exceptions.“
“Cool Bar I didn't know this pub was here. It looks like a local bar. It is small and intimate. I attended a private party. Who knew you could rent out a bar on a Friday night? It was great. The food was good: 4 flavors of wings, meatballs, pizza, crudite, potato and macaroni salad. Great DJ with music videos on TV screens. friendly and efficient service. The owners told me there is a backyard for live music in summer. I'll definitely go back. Thanks“

A nice quaint warm spot very close to Ireland and that includes Irish fare served by an Irish owner. The entire party was quite satisfied with the fare and the fair prices. There was a great girl singing she sounded amazing everyone was singing along. Drinks were so creative & just perfect ! We had spring rolls & fried ravioli for apps they were so good! “We stopped here at the recommendation of our hotel. Frozen peanut butter mudslides were awesome. Bartender was very nice. They had limited food available (around 3pm). Hotdogs were good. Really a great place to hang out near the water, away from the crowded warf area. We would go back on our next trip to Newport.“
“The food was really good and the service from our server was great as well. It was very cold inside however. They brought us some popcorn for free for the table which was a nice surprise because none of us had ever been there before and didn’t expect it. We tried the seafood stuffies they were very yummy(the order comes with two of them) we also tried the fried cauliflower which was spicy . For entrees we got the ribs and the steak which were very good and well seasoned the steaks were over cooked which happens in chain restaurants.
