“Old school diner at its BEST! Huge portions which arrive quickly, waitresses who continually refill cups & glasses, and a comfortable vibe meet customers. The staff HAUL. They are in constant motion (in a very small space) and we heard not one cross word. Thanks for a yummy breakfast!“

“Stopped here to kill some time while waiting on a Grainger order. Treated myself to a proper breakfast. The diner is adorable and the people are very sweet. The food is exactly what you expect from a great diner. If I ever need to travel to the nearby Grainger again, I'll be stopping by for another visit.“

“On the day of my friends wedding, all the groomsmen went here for breakfast. Had to circle around a few times to find a place to park, but once we did, it was an excellent experience. Staff were friendly and accomodating to the large group of people we shoved into the building. Food was delicious for a good price, and what you would expect from a location like this. If it wasn't so far away, I would definitely go back.“

“Always top notch! Addy's is my favorite thing on the menu. I would argue that their NY system weiners are the best in the state. Wash it down with a coffee cabinet from Delekta's across the street then nap the rest of the afternoon.“

“Best breakfast sausage!!!! My daughters favorite place to eat after reading tutoring at the library down the street. Delicious. Portions are generous, and reasonably priced. My husband amd I on a friday, get one Lumberjack plate to share. Our youngest daughter loves the banana french toast!“

“When I travel back to Rhode Island I have to get NY System Hot Wieners and J&T's is my favorite spot. It's not just the food, the service is top notch, I always feel welcome and it is what RI is to me. Great breakfast and lunch in a family owned diner.“

“Right spot is indeed the RIGHT SPOT! Went here with a friend looking a good breakfast and we got just that! We spent about $35-$45 with tip! This is a dinner vibe inside is classic 70s look small but nice and clean! The service was awesome they take card and cash!“

“Breakfast selections are awesome! One of the best breakfasts around. Sunday thru Saturday breakfast selections are available. There are many to chose from and are quite delicious. Service is spot on and coffee is hot and fresh. Poached eggs are great. Side orders are varied and delicious. Pancakes and French toast are also available and quite delicious. Modern diner makes a great breakfast and has many selections. Enjoy!“

“Delicious Food & Good Vibes!!Went there with my wife and kids for breakfast today and what a treat it was. The food was hot, fresh and flavorful like a home cooked meal. “We went for the first time today. Breakfast was slow but worth the wait. After we finished, we learned that only cash was accepted for payment. Fortunately we had enough. We overpaid, expecting change but none came. The waitress took a 25% tip when we wanted to give her a 20% tip. Otherwise, it was very good.“

“Been coming here my whole and it always hits the spot! Staff is always kind and whips up the food in a jiffy. Can’t go wrong with a few “all the way” and an order of fries. If you’re not a Rhode Islander and you’re visiting or just passing through, definitely stop and have a hot wiener.“

“If you love a Diner than you definitely want to visit this one. Came back today for breakfast with my husband. Delicious. They are known for their blueberry muffins. Delicious. Have to order one to be put aside to take home. Corn muffin was just as good. Highly recommend.“

“Went with a group and in total we had 10 people. Made the reservation in advance with Google and that was super easy. Our waitress was quick, attentive, fun and witty. The food here is always great, this time I did a half order of "Pop's" biscuits with sausage gravy. Delicious!! Also did their unlimited apple cider mimosas and I was definitely feeling good. Highly recommend:)“
