“I ordered a frappe. The young man made it, and gave it to me. In the bottom of my mocha frappe there was tons of what appeared to be small pebbles settling at the bottom.. They were actually strawberry seeds because he didn't clean the mixer properly before making my frappe. I asked for the manager (A young woman named Kaitlyn). She took the frappe back and re-made it. This time it didn't have strawberry seeds in it. She was very kind, apologetic, and extremely helpful. We need more people like her in the customer service industry !“
“Nothing to do with their food, everyting to do with their customer service..Today (5/19/2023) I came into the store around... Maybe 8/8:15pm .. and the employee that took my order, First and foremost thank you for just noticing me..It was not one of my best moments.. not being able to keep myself together to order a simple happy meal for my son.. but just the fact that you asked me if I was okay, and then being mid-shift told me you had time if I needed to talk.
