“I normally am very displeased with mcdonalds as a whole. I hardly ever go these days but happed to go to the bald hill location and it was such a refreshing experience. Everyone was being productive and working as a team. I ordered with the kiosk and as I stood there waiting in less than 10 minutes 3 different employees asked if I needed anything etc. Made sure I was acknowledged.“
“My fiancé did a mobile order today cause we had to pick up prescriptions next door. The restaurant was extremely busy. Drive thru was packed and inside was as well. Employees were so helpful and pleasant despite how busy they were. When he went in to pick up the order not every customer was kind to them and they still handled themselves so admirably. The snow storm has brought out the best and worst of us. Thank you for being part of the best !“
