“We’ve been ordering from Ivy and Lace since my son’s first smash cake 6 years ago. We now have 3 kids and order all their birthday cakes and cookies from here. The designs are exactly what we ask for, the flavors are amazing, everyone always raves at how perfect the cakes and cookies taste and look!

There was a little miscommunication for my son’s birthday this year, and we realized his cake was never made for his party when we went to pick it up. Amy SO graciously still managed to make the same exact cake we asked for and personally delivered it to us with plenty of time to spare!! To us, this goes above and beyond what we expected out of this situation, and we are SO grateful for her generosity!! We will continue to be a dedicated customer indefinitely!!!“

“I ordered 15 Danish for family for Easter, 3 kinds Raspberry, Blueberry, lemon. They came in a giant box, and were a great addition to my son’s brunch, so delicious ,light and flakey. Lisa did a terrific job, and is now my favorite bakery to go too. Yummy!?“

“We had the ice cream cart (yes, it's a thing) come to our school for teacher appreciation week. The teachers loved it and the staff member, Zee from Ben and Jerry's was so sweet. They also offer ice cream cakes and have an actual ice cream truck (which I didn't know). You definitely can't go wrong with ice cream!“

“I drive by almost everyday & today as I was driving home from work I stopped in. Can I just tell you what a wonderful experience I had? The customer service was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by their selections & when I viewed their pies, to my surprise they had a strawberry shortcake that was breathtaking by the appearance alone. “THAT’S THE ONE!” Those were my words! “I have been going to Emelys for a couple of years now whether it is to purchase their delicious dominican bread or cakes and pastries, as well as utilized their decoration services. My experience and other family members and friends has always been a positive one, throughout the years; the team is great, and the owner is an absolute angel to work with, she is very accommodating and extremely talented at all she does, it is very sad to see some of these reviews with so much negativity, if you have an issue with any business, the polite thing is to ask to speak to management for a corrected course of action first, instead of trying to damage and taint someone's hard work and dedication. I have witnessed in person many rude customers ! reviews should be a two way street. Let's be better Humans !“
