The golf course is beautiful and I like the 11 holes, but unfortunately the older female bartender and the male bartender are the rudest people to deal with. I asked the male bartender if I could ask him a question, he said “no”and walked away from me! He was very arrogant!! The older female bartender just either ignored you or was rude to you!! There was a younger blonde female however was amazing, she helped my elderly mother, but she was in the back mostly.
Just started golfing and went here to try the course out for a couple of holes. Asked for a cart to play and the older blonde lady responded, “no”. Me and my friends stood there in silence confused for a second, then asked if we could use the push carts. She responded, “no, looks like your walking” with here eyes very wide open. I have been dining at Wood River Golf for over 10 years maybe even closer to 20 they have had their ups and downs especially during "C". Dinner this past Saturday night was fabulous. Their chicken parmesan is still the best around. I can say with confidence I have never had a bad meal there. Prime rib Saturday was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend!
