I literally waited so long to get my food, and ordered ahead because I had somewhere to be. I walked in and watched the worker covering mobile orders complete ONE order every TEN MINUTES. IF THAT. and another already busy worker had to jump in and help her. also the worker on the drive thru sounded extremely rude. all I ordered was a bagel and cream cheese and a coffee and waited for a total of thirty minutes, and the bagel had the tiniest little smear of cream cheese on it, as...read full review
I usually go to this dunkin everyday before work. They are usually quick which is nice and have had not real problems until today, the food is prepared well. I usually don’t get a coffee cause caffeine gives me anxiety attacks but I decided to cave and get a decaf pumpkin spice latte, my first drink at this location. They have a new guy on the drive thru window don’t know his name but he’s maybe 40? Sweetest dude ever he’s the best and so kind. deserves a raise!!
