McDonald's in Middletown

“Of all the McDonalds I have ever been to, this one on East Main Rd (in the Job Lot/Marshall's plaza) is by far the cleanest. Those Spanish people are very clean and they practice excellent safe food handling. I saw one man in the back take off his gloves before handling a smartphone. I don't mind that they may not speak very good English. Cleanliness around food means more when I eat out !“

“Of the two McDonald's on Aquidneck island, this one gets things right more often. Just check through your order before you leave the pick up window if you are in the drive-thru because the accuracy of getting what you ordered, especially with sauses, depends very much on the employees working.“
