I eat here at least twice a week. I have never had an issue before except for occasional not so fresh fries but never complained. Have to mention though that I ordered a McChicken and asked for a sweet and sour and was told there would be .30 charge. I read the review about the person who had a similar issue with mayonnaise. Stopped in for a quick breakfast snack. Coffee was hot. That's where the good ends. Breakfast biscuit was stale and crumbly. Worst yet, the manager was berating staff in front of clients waiting on line. She was a large mean-looking woman with a personality of a hungry alligator. I felt bad for the employees who are working hard to please her which would never be accomplished. Someone in upper management needs to look into this suffering franchise.
