Ordered online because they had a build your own box deal available online only. It said it would be ready in 5-8 mins. It took them half an hr to make it my husband had to wait there for twenty five mins after driving there. Not only that but they forgot two items from the boxes, argued with my husband that he was wrong and the other boxes items were his missing tacos (no that was its own seperate box with its own tacos) and he had to get a manager. this is the worst establishment of all time. i hate this taco bell. i’ve been through the drive through like normal and it sucked. i’ve ordered from doordash, pick up and delivery, multiple times and it is the worst experience of all time every time. i hate the workers here there are so extremely rude. truly the worst experience every single time
I’m a big fella, I go to taco bells a lot. This is by far the worst I have been to. The nacho fries were all stale and old. The grille cheese burrito was horrid. About a pinch of every ingredient, it felt like I was eating a plain tortilla, even the cheese on top was like someone sprinkled a pinch of it on. Stale tortillas too! If you come here for a grilled cheese burrito, don’t. But if you do, know this does not represent a true GCB.
