We went twice in the matter of 3 days because the tacos and margs are so delish!
We had the coconut marg, asada tacos, birria tacos, shrimp ceviche, and tamales.

Guacamole very good, although the $4 extra for a few kernels of street corn on top was silly.

Bland. I'm not talking spice, I do not like spicy, they just had no taste.

I came to Agave Social recently with a bigger group, and we had an awesome experience. The vibe was fun and welcoming—busy but not overwhelming—and the space itself has a really cool, relaxed feel.

Our server, Matt, was seriously great. Managing a large party isn’t easy, but he handled everything smoothly. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Drinks came out fast, food was timed perfectly, and you could tell he really cared that we were enjoying ourselves.

The food didn’t disappoint either. The carne asada tacos were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, and the birria tacos were next-level—juicy, rich, and super satisfying. A couple of us even ended up ordering seconds. We also got a fun little intro to the tequila list, which was a cool bonus.

Overall, a great night. We’ll definitely be back—and when we do, we’re hoping to have Matt as our server again!

Didn't have a great experience earlier this summer here but tried giving this place another shot since it always gets such great reviews. The food was fine, but once again, the service was some of the worst I’ve ever had. We had a reservation, got seated, and then sat there for 25 minutes with no one checking in. Eventually had to flag down a random server just to put in a drink order. He was helpful, but the drinks took forever — by the time they showed up, the Dels margarita was totally melted. Had to flag down another server twice to fill up our waters.

We wanted to order another round of alcohol, but no one ever came back. Ended up having to go to the bar just to get another drink. Food-wise, I had the guac and al pastor tacos — both were okay — but we would’ve ordered more apps or maybe dessert if the service wasn’t so frustrating (because I was still hungry). The table next to us was having the same experience. I really wanted to like this place, but it ended up being a total waste of a night. I don't think they are built or have systems in place to handle a Gansett Summer dinner crowd.

The food at Agave Social was delicious, especially the birria tacos. The service was amazing! The server was very friendly and handled a couple of food allergies in our group very well. He even had special chips made for my dad with a corn sensitivity so he could try the salsa and guacamole! Amazing, I will definitely return if I’m in Narragansett again.

Food was pretty good, our server was friendly, helpful and good service from him. However, there was another staff member who was standing outside with a group of people and he acted in a way that made us uncomfortable - there was an asian worker across from us and the staff very loudly said “open your eyes” and he even put his fingers on his face to squint his eyes. Very disturbing behavior, the asian guy then quickly entered the restaurant he was working at. This behavior is just unacceptable especially infront of a group of people in this day and age.

Sofia our waitress was amazing!! Even with a party of 10 she had it handled and made sure all of us were cared for! She was absolutely amazing and the food was so delicious!

Went here for my birthday, which was put in the reservation. Server did not acknowledge it, and we were placed at the bar which was ridiculously loud. At the end of dinner we were handed a check instead of a dessert menu. Food was good but service sucked.
