Great experience here on a busy Saturday in August for lunch. We were able to make an 11:45 reservation and arrived right on time from the New London 10:00 departure ferry. Quick, easy walk. Eating outside at the porch rail overlooking the water was a highlight of our day on BI. We liked it so much we came back for a drink at the end of the day! We are on the porch. Decent pub food. Ahi poke bowl was good. Fried calamari arrived room temperature. Beautiful view.
Really disappointed- wanted to like it. The view is awesome. Time to wait for drinks and food was too long. Calamari was horrible; either too long in the fryer or left waiting too long before delivery. Warm lobster roll was lukewarm. Fries were overdone and dry. Menu limited which was disappointing as well. Very little seafood options for being on island. Our server was really great but she was clearly in need of support from management.
