No drivers on staff... I should have ordered through DoorDash. Two hours later and the cold pizza was finally delivered - no way to track the order. DoorDash wanted to deliver this order first, and A1 said the other order was first. Hopefully the tip I paid over the phone was passed on to the DoorDash driver...
I've had both the best experiences here and also some less than satisfactory issues with delivery and food. I believe they've had some issues with staffing over the last few years, which has been unfortunate. Their food can be exceptional, but my recent experiences (last 3 years) have been very hit or miss. Phone service and tolerance for negative feedback is very limited, which is unfortunate. I do love their food when it arrives hot and as ordered.
