“Very professional experience, we have been to Bouchard/ Chanterelle before and never disappointed. From entering the restaurant and being seated to leaving at the end of the evening. Chanterelle continues to add that little touch you don't see much of anymore. We were impressed with the food, the incredible service, and the ambiance. Max, our waiter, was great and very accommodating. I highly recommend trying Chanterelle.“

“There are so many great restaurants in Newport, but this is truly a standout. Dren was so knowledgable about the entire menu, he gave great recommendations especially because I am gluten free. We really felt taken care of! He recommended the muscles and the chicken tajin — both were excellent and very unique! Will definitely be back on my next visit.“

“What a fabulous debut we had at Audette last night! We love love French cuisine and this restaurant certainly made our weekend. The server was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the dishes and wine and was attentive without being too intrusive. The dining area was beautifully adorned without being fussy or stuffy. “We sat at the bar due to being unable to get a reservation and had a great time. The espresso martinis are incredible and I highly recommend trying the wild mushroom garganelli. Only complaint would be that the entire restaurant is incredibly crowded but it is a popular spot for a reason!“

“What fun! A small, informal restaurant with authentic French food, thanks to the French chef. The specials — like rack of lamb or monkfish — are especially good. It’s BYOB, so you can bring and enjoy a bottle of fine wine without having to pay a huge mark-up. If you forget to bring wine, you can pop over to the wine store just two doors down, on the other side of the ice cream shop. But you won’t have room for ice cream after a delicious dinner at Plouf Plouf.“
