Shockingly good. Not at all something you would expect from a hotel restaurant. Post remodel management has done an excellent job.
Every dish (and we had many) whether it was raw bar, seafood, meat or vegetable, was superb.

Wow! Awesome evening! Brand new restaurant. New fave place in NPT. The decor is jaw dropping! Great wine list, very inventive cuisine. Our Swiss waiter was very cool. The service is more chill than refined or stodgy. After one drink you will swear that you are at your cousin's bohemian palace in Beaulieu sur Mer!
