Keenwah Superfood Eatery is inside “A Market” which is a fantastic little gourmet market (not full service grocery store but has a great selection).It would be my number one choice to go stock up for a picnic in Newport.There are soups to go. Inside A Market. A Market is like a mini Whole Foods. Keenwah has pre-prepared tofu scramble burritos and lots of different yummy vegan muffins. There are tables outside to sit at. Given the other few vegan options Keenwah was a great find.

Smoothies and pastries were good but was confused by the restaurant being inside of the grocery store and with a much more limited menu than it showed online. Otherwise, staff was nice and helpful in making choices.
