Absolutely spectacular! This is a beautiful marina and great location with easy access to local boutiques and restaurants. The staff is extremely helpful, nice and friendly. Kayla was especially accommodating, kind and respectful. I cannot say enough good things about her. The marina itself was very safe with gated access. We will definitely be returning!!!
Could not be happier with the service at West wind! Kayla was awesome! She worked it out where we could stay another night due to a weather change. She even called us while we are out on a day trip and running late to see if we needed her to wait for us to arrive so she could catch lines. We didn't need her too because we had enough hands on deck to help, but we were impressed that she even thought to call and check on us! Attended the 2023 Boat show and stayed at West Wind, we ate at local upscale restaurant and it was horrible, we came back to the marina and Reggie and his amazing staff Seared some Tuna and sides that were amazing... The dining experience and atmosphere was the best I have experienced while being in Newport. If you have the chance dock at West Wind and see Reggie for an amazing meal and drinks that compliment the meal. Going back next weekend! The dock staff were awesome also...read full review
