Have visited this location three times over the last month and the ice machine does not work for self serve. If you ask at the cash register, they will give you half a glass of ice.
Not sure what the logic is, but I have to believe there’s a reason.
All three times I visited the dining area was in need of cleaning. Tables and floor area would not have passed if a food inspector visited.

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give this location a try and I'm glad I did. I've been back several times since, and each visit has been a positive experience.
I always order ahead, and the food is consistently ready on time. The quality is great and the portions are solid. The staff are friendly and attentive — on a couple of occasions when my order wasn't at the pickup area yet, they proactively asked for my name to track it down.
