“Bodega on Smith is great! From the upscale menu to the gourmet groceries mingled with pantry staples, the place is a solid choice for Providences Smith Hill/Fed Hill neighborhood. I highly recommend the pepperoni pesto grilled cheese, it levels up comfort food cuisine.“

“I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and the food is great! Sure it’s a bit of a wait of you want something like a cheeseburger sub but that’s 100% normal. It can’t be magically handed to you out of thin air, they have to make it. Everything I have tried here has exceeded expectations. If you love deli foods you will love it here. They now have themselves a customer for life!“

“A life saver if you live downtown or are staying there long term. This well stocked market reminds me of a classic NYC bodega with shelves packed with essentials, including an impressive selection of readymade food to go and ethnic foods, plus a deli that does a brisk takeout business. Service has always been friendly and quirky as you'd expect in Providence. It's a mandatory first stop after we arrive at our Airbnb for the week.“

“This place is a hidden gem to most. I’ve been going here for years and I have yet to be disappointed with the food or service. Their subs and calzones are to die for and their prepared foods are SOOO SCRUMPTIOUS!!! Their prices prices are absolutely amazing and def on the cheaper side for the quality of food you get! Try the chicken and spinach panini and a side of the sausage and pepper Cavatelli!!!😉 They will even warm up any of the prepared foods in the cases for you too!!! 10000/10!!!“

“I just recently discovered this place, thanks to one of the food delivery apps. I must say, that the Cuban sandwich is excellent.The size of the sandwich, and the price, are really good. It's extremely filling, and is very decently filled. I cannot find any faults at all with it.Although, I did find that it reaches the "almost full" status with me, if I added on some extra shredded pork. Without it, it's still filling, but left me a bit still on the hungry side, but not so much, that I needed to find something else.All in all, I will be continuing to order from here on a regular basis.“

“Not only is the food outstanding but so is the staff!!!! Melinda is a jewel if you're not sure what to have ask her she won't stir you wrong I go quite often and have never been disappointed. The pastrami melts in your mouth and the chicken soup is great. Ask for Melinda and you will be well taken care of!“

“The person who took my order today was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Her personality and ability to handle jokes and just be a happy person on a hot sticky day was great! I literally will be back just because of her! I wish I caught her name. I got a Turkey & Bacon Sub with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and pickles! on a toasted bun with cold meats and OMG it was so good!!!!! BEST I've ever had! And it was stuffed so much I was full after 1/2 so I have 1/2 for tomorrow.“

“I have been coming since I was a baby with my parents. The food is excellent. I absolutely love the blueberry pancakes! The staff were quite nice and respectful! Some people have put bad reviews, but do not believe them because this restaurant is the BEST!I would recommend if you wanted to have a nice lunch or breakfast in the east side!“

“Ordered takeout from Wise Guys on Douglas Pike in Smithfield. We were greeted by a sassy and friendly Holly when picking up. The order was ready 10 minutes early and was piping hot. We had a NY Sytle half ham & half pepperoni, a Sicilian cheese, and a huge personal Knucky Thompson with Blue Cheese. Great sauce and crust. Glad we finally tried this place out and loved the customer service!!“
