The servers really have to pay more attention. I've been to the restaurant twice recently, and specified I needed my order on a Gluten Free Roll. Each time I've gotten my order it came on a regular roll. I'm glad I was able to tell it wasn't Gluten Free, and had to question the server and send it back. Be very careful if you have food allergies.
