“I had went to another Dunkin and the order of my coffee was terrible and bad but I had a feeling the workers here wouldn’t screw up an order so I went in and asked if they could fix my order and they were really sweet and nice enough to have fixed my order for me I definitely recommend going to this Dunkin for tremendous service“
“For the most part this location and the people are great, but for the past few weeks the coffee roll is very raw in the middle and i had to throw it awayeach time.To the baker, or store owner, please cook this item a little longer or the store could be liable should someone get sick.

“Ordered 2 strawberry dragonfruit refreshers with green tea. When I left and started to drink it I realized it was made with water and not green tea . I was to far away to go back. They should have let us know if they couldn't make them properly.“
“My favorite Dunks. Sure, it's tiny and inside a Shell Station. But the staff is friendly, they LISTEN when you tell them light ice, or any specific instruction and they make consistently good coffee every single time I go there, whether it is for myself or if I have a tray load for the housemates. (3× a wk on average). Always a good start of the day here. *AND they don't get snippy or oh know whatty with you if you ask them to fix your coffee in the rare occasion.* They deserve the tips they are allowed to get.“

“I would like to say I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience when Mariely Rive is working!! She is always very polite kind and pays attention to her customers.
I worked for Dunkin for over 25 years. I gave up Dunkin because of how things have changed since Cafua took over many of the Dunkin stores. What I mean is since the franchise owners were bought out. It is too common to go to a Dunkin and be treated as an inconvenience by the majority of the workers. Most seem too busy talking with one another, and customers get ignored. I blame this on no franchise owner being involved to be sure their store is being run properly.
However, when I visit 750 Mineral Spring Avenue in Pawtucket and Mariely is present, I am not ignored she ALWAYS puts her customers first. This 5-star review is for the service given and kindness shown by Mariely. Need more like her!“
“I’m not gunna lie, since the new management sign went up I can see this store is starting to turn a good leaf. Coffee is fresh, the employees are much more polite and attentive. And overall Quality is much much better. Keep up the good work.“
“I usually use Dunkin for a quick coffee on the way to work or a long drive. Everyone knows that it’s all about the location whether you have a good experience or not. I love the Dexter street location in CF or the East St in Pawtucket. They are pretty fast and accurate in the mornings and I haven’t had to return any coffees since I have been going.
