“We had a great birthday experience aboard the train & plan on returning many times. We chose The Spruce Car, (as opposed to the murder mystery) which is aptly named, as it's filled with rich, warm woods. The cozy lighting & up-scale, but not pretentious, decor created the perfect ambiance for a romantic birthday. Dinner service was nothing short of wonderful. Our server, Maddie, was friendly, beautiful, and attentive. Both of our dinners were delicious and the cocktails were perfect. More locals should enjoy the Bellevue Grand. It's worth every penny.”

“We just came by boat with two little kids not realizing the new fall hours. The employee working saw them peaking into the window and was so kind bringing them each out doughboy donuts. It was such a generous and thoughtful gesture that truly made these two little kids day! We look forward to coming again in the spring (during hours your open)”

“I have had breakfast here w/ a group of HS graduate friends on numerous occasions.. The food was always good, and in spite of the variations ordered, delicious, hot, and served all at the same time. Waitresses were always pleasant, polite and good humored. (Image the ribbing they took from 6 to 10 older men! Friday, 3/15/24 ,my wife, my sister, my nephew and I had the dinner special for 2. Each :Cup of Chowder, 2 Clam Cakes, Fries, and Fish. EXCELLENT in every sense of the word and good portions! ( I also managed to consume a HUGE Strawberry Shortcake! ) I cannot praise enough the quality of the meal, service, and reasonable price. You owe yourself a trip and meal at this”

We always feel like family the moment we walk in. Whenever we’re trying to figure out date night, 15 Point Rd is our go-to spot. I’ve never had a bad meal here, and we always end up meeting the best people and making great memories. You will not be disappointed!!”

“Upon walking in, there are a few seated tables to the left and a few high tops to the right. All the tables are fairly spacious. Self seating and order at the counter. They have a good variety of baked goods. Everything looked really fresh tasty. They have drink specials (lattes). We ordered D'S Country Breakfast (comes with sausage, bacon, toast and home fries), egg and cheese on English, blueberry pancakes (very fluffy and plenty of blueberries), and Sunny Toast (with avocado and there's vegemite spread on the toast). They also have cold pressed juice made to order. We got the Healthy Heart (carrot, apple, ginger). Great spot where all the locals go and for people that are visiting the area.”

“Went strawberry picking then for breakfast at Foodworks. I had brown sugar and peaches french toast. Let me say...YUM!! (very sweet but good). The place is cozy, pleasant not fancy. Waitresses were busy so not overly attentive.”

“I visited the Portsmouth location for the second time this morning and this is a perfect first date spot imo. The large wraparound deck is so cute & cozy, like a farmhouse porch. & the coffee 🤩 I had a tiramisu latte last time, a cherry Garcia latte this time- I was not disappointed either time, the flavors were accurate without being overwhelming or weakening the espresso, & oh so delicious. The food is even better; the attention to detail & balance of flavor in the dishes is off the charts. I recommend the avocado toast or whipped feta plate, and if you’re not into coffee, their teas and lemonades are just as amazing.”

“My go-to order in most places would be a Reuben. The quality of the meat, bread and the balance with the sauerkraut, sauce & cheese say a lot about how the restaurant approaches their food. The 02878 is the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Now I will have to find another go-to for other restaurants because they will pale in comparison to Localz 02878.”

“I have to say I never write reviews but I had to this time. Busy Saturday morning when I came here through drive through, service was quick and all the ladies had an amazing attitude. Food tasted great and the older woman whose name I didn’t get was extremely nice and was like a mom! Nice job hiring these ladies. Great way to keep customers!”

“Chowder, white. Small potatoes. Good amount of clams..NOT thick , which I appreciated. Clamcakes were thin crisped with a nice fluffy inside. Best of both this summer very impressive!!”
