I’m wondering if they’d add some of their coconut bacon from the BLT to the breakfast sandwich next time to take it up a level! Hubby got the avocado toast, which was creamy and bright with pickled onion — really tasty. They also have more unique options like the chickpea salad sandwich and coconut bacon BLT that I’d love to try next time when we’re not trying to keep things light. Afterward, we headed to Fort Adams, which is pup-friendly, and finished with some Del’s watermelon. Such a fun Newport day!“

“FamLee is one of the best around!! We go there for breakfast all the time and we recently had my son’s baptism catered by them!! The food was excellent everyone was asking where we got the food, very reasonably priced and great portions!! They even delivered and set up for us!! Great family owned business everyone is very friendly and you can just tell they love what they do! If you’re looking for your party to be catered or a nice place to eat this is your place!!“

Excellent presentation and the flavor profile as well as the cuisine was cooked to perfection. Excellent service along with a remarkably wide variety of menu choices. We lived in Southern Arizona for 17 years. The Fiesta restaurant in Somerset serves meals equal the the best of the very best in South Tucson. I plan to visit my friends again this Fall. All of the staff were wonderful, but Shelly at the front desk truly went above and beyond. She made us feel like family and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel or resort. When we asked if there was a microwave available to warm our tea, Shelly immediately contacted Mike from maintenance. Mike personally delivered a microwave to our room and even tested it to ensure it was fully operational before leaving.

This level of attentiveness and service is rare. Shelly sets the gold standard for hospitality, and Mike’s help was equally appreciated. Our stay made an already meaningful trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel—we will absolutely stay here again.“

What an amazing dining experience we had at Hooked last night! It was our first time dining outside this season, and we’re so glad we chose Hooked. From start to finish, everything was outstanding.
Shelby, our server, was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly embodied the spirit of hospitality. She genuinely cared about making our evening special, and it absolutely showed.

“They were able to accommodate me on a busy weekend, even let me choose my seat even though I was alone and they had people continuing to arrive. The hostess and waitress were friendly, the food was delicious (pesto shrimp pizza), the view was nice as it's right on the water, and I chose a table that allowed me to see it properly. The band I was particularly happy about- I thought they were fantastic- they played early rock n roll, and I wish I asked their name.

It's a really relaxed atmosphere, not fancy, think old patio furniture. My table was not steady and rocked when you moved, the chairs were plastic, but I didn't mind. If you want a good meal on the water and are not picky about that, I'd recommend this place.

We had the nachos, which were very salty bc of the chicken, and the lobster/corn fritters. The view is exceptional and it wasn't too busy, which was nice. I wouldn't say I'm dying to go back.“

Want to gain an honorable reputation? Try treating your customers kindly and apologize when they are dissatisfied with something happening at your establishment, instead of attacking them.“
