I was taken out to eat (for my birthday), yesterday and my friends introduced me to Blaze. This is what "friends" do for each other. The food was delicious, the staff and owner were polite and courteous, the outdoor setting, that we chose, was perfect for a nice day. I would/will go back there anytime and will recommend it to anyone who hasn't had the experience, yet.
