This place has gone down the toilet! Such a disappointing and inconvenient experience. Firstly, they no longer do any custom orders on cupcakes (which they did for years). It had pretty much become of a tradition for me to order a certain type of cupcake for my friend's birthday every year. Regardless, I went ahead and ordered a dozen anyway.
