Norca great service and very friendly waitress!
I came here for taco Tuesday and the food was very good. I wasn't impressed at all with the service. Upon arriving , there was no host to greet even though there was a sign that said wait to be seated. Once the bartender took notice she seated us. Our service was very slow.
We sat outside, where there is plenty of bar and table seating along with indoor seating. I will come again but service needs improvement.
Loved the food and the waitress Ellie was very nice! For sure recommend
