“Love Dunkin' on Gano St! I go there almost every week after work for my go-to order of two sesame bagels just sliced, not toasted. Their sesame seed bagels are unmatched! No other Dunkin' in RI even comes close when it comes to them! Always so soft and covered in sesame seeds and always tastes fresh no matter what time of the day it is!“

“Every time I go out I never leave reviews about anywhere but I can honestly say out of all the Dunkin in the providence area this has to be the best one so far!!! Every time I visit someone remembers my order it’s just perfect accuracy you don’t find that a lot anywhere. The workers are always running around working hard and the manager is really good at his job the place is always spotless always has the people cleaning I just love this location !!!!!“

“The food was good, the only reason I can't give it a 5 is because the Boston Cream donut looked like it was just a donut with chocolate because there was barely any cream, I went around 5:30pm, the service was good as always and the The place was very quiet, there were almost no people, I love this Dunking and I think it is in a very strategic place but they should improve with the filling of the Boston Cream donut, the truth is that the employees are very friendly and helpful, the place is also quite clean and The coffee and other drinks are good, the donuts in general are very delicious“

“I like this place, because they have delicious food, they have sandwiches, muffins, coffee, teas wake up wraps, colattas, refreshers. The staff is friendly the place is very clean they have handicap parking. You can order online if you want.“

“I literally go here every morning I gotta admit they are Great!!!! I wouldve gave 5 stars But the lady Marsha or Martha I'm not really sure...Her attitude isn't pleasant at all...she's quick to raise her voice or try to embarass people over very minor things...I felt so bad for the other workers there you can tell they are young and learning they need guidance not criticism!!!“

“Everytime I order my on the go it's ready when I get there I haven't had to wait once for it yet food is always actually toasted instead of soggy and cold honestly so far this is the best dunkin I've been to in a long time thank you!!! And most importantly my coffee has been on point every single time which usually never happens...“

“Best dunkin around now. Used to come here a year or 2 ago & it was terrible. Gave it another shot after the one on academy slowly went downhill this last year. Glad I decided to come back here because I was just about ready to give up on dunks. Always friendly, everything always tastes fresh & if there’s ever an issue they are genuinely concerned about fixing it for you.

Parking: There’s a hidden lot in back.. otherwise it’s a hit or miss for the street parking.. especially during school start and en times“

“An amazing worker help me and my kids this am at the Dunkin in Plainfield street. Her name was Kathy, people like her should be hired more often. She really care on how I wanted my coffee. She took her time to pay attention to what my son wanted. I will really recommend this Dunkin! Thank you Kathy you rock

“Awesome service, but I gave 3 star for the food because the employees stops making sandwiches super early around 3 or 4 and that is not fair for the customers that live around the area.
Hopefully it can be fixed asap.

“Dunkin's menu is consistent no matter what in the US: delicious and then you regret it but fab for a quick filling bite ?It's doubtful they'll ever be a short/fast drive-thru line and the service is touch-n-go depending on individual employee or location...I am still lovin' it through!!

“Friendly employees and order was prepared In a timely fashion. Womens bathroom was clean and wipes were provided for eat In tables. The only thing that threw me off that there was a refrigerator with juices that expired in 2020- the liquids have separated and were discolored- kinda gross and a waste of electricity.“

“i like going to Dunkin because of the food and what they have in the menu. they always have something different in the menu every month. the food and the atmosphere is good they have cooling air inside and the customers are nice to you.

Parking: there be enough people here to order food.

Kid-friendliness: the people are friendly here they wait in line to order there food.“

“I had to give it a 2 for atmosphere because not having a drive-up line to wait 29 minutes for my coffee fix just didn't feel right. I guess beggars can't be choosers, and I chose this because I was looking for a donut. I ended up buying seven. No regrets.“

“I go get my ice coffee at this location every day at 2:00, everyone is very friendly, but Tanner is the sweetest and knows just how to make my coffee! His customer services skills are on point.. and always has a smile on his face... :) Highly recommend!“
