“Had not been to this Dunkin in awhile, it is a completely different experience; it has been fully remodeled, ordered the avocado toast along with coffee and donut- toast was next level; donut super fresh. Tipped because I felt like it, service was fast, friendly, great to see smiles and get a genuine good morning!“

“Every time I go out I never leave reviews about anywhere but I can honestly say out of all the Dunkin in the providence area this has to be the best one so far!!! Every time I visit someone remembers my order it’s just perfect accuracy you don’t find that a lot anywhere. The workers are always running around working hard and the manager is really good at his job the place is always spotless always has the people cleaning I just love this location !!!!!“

“The food was good, the only reason I can't give it a 5 is because the Boston Cream donut looked like it was just a donut with chocolate because there was barely any cream, I went around 5:30pm, the service was good as always and the The place was very quiet, there were almost no people, I love this Dunking and I think it is in a very strategic place but they should improve with the filling of the Boston Cream donut, the truth is that the employees are very friendly and helpful, the place is also quite clean and The coffee and other drinks are good, the donuts in general are very delicious“

“Can’t wait for this location to be open again.Its convenient as I’m passing to go to work up at the hospital.Can’t wait to see how everything turns out.I tend to always have a great experience when I go there,unless it’s in the afternoon the younger kids are working and generally don’t care.Also wanted to post a review many times but forgot to.I have came here a little over two years and have encountered Tony her customer service is impeccable from the customer before me also evern after me.Most times she has my order already up or even my coffee at the counter waiting for me.It’s just a great way to start my day off.Hopefully there is some change with the seating due to not being enough seats for all the customers that decides to stay and eat.All around great location!!can’t wait to get back to my norms.“

“I was recently at this Dunkin’ Donuts and was having a hard time deciding what I wanted a lady by the name Marsha was the kindest most patient person ever. she suggested many things and helped me out so much if she isn’t the manager, she should be!. She the reason I give this store 5 starts. Will be coming back.“

“Awesome service, but I gave 3 star for the food because the employees stops making sandwiches super early around 3 or 4 and that is not fair for the customers that live around the area.

“Everytime I order my on the go it's ready when I get there I haven't had to wait once for it yet food is always actually toasted instead of soggy and cold honestly so far this is the best dunkin I've been to in a long time thank you!!! And most importantly my coffee has been on point every single time which usually never happens...“

“Best dunkin around now. Used to come here a year or 2 ago & it was terrible. Gave it another shot after the one on academy slowly went downhill this last year. Glad I decided to come back here because I was just about ready to give up on dunks. Always friendly, everything always tastes fresh & if there’s ever an issue they are genuinely concerned about fixing it for you.

Parking: There’s a hidden lot in back.. otherwise it’s a hit or miss for the street parking.. especially during school start and en times“

“An amazing worker help me and my kids this am at the Dunkin in Plainfield street. Her name was Kathy, people like her should be hired more often. She really care on how I wanted my coffee. “Dunkin’ Donuts is my go-to for coffee and breakfast! The coffee is consistently great, and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The staff is always friendly, and service is quick, even during busy times. I love the variety of donuts—there’s always something new to try!“

“Dunkin's menu is consistent no matter what in the US: delicious and then you regret it but fab for a quick filling bite ?It's doubtful they'll ever be a short/fast drive-thru line and the service is touch-n-go depending on individual employee or location...I am still lovin' it through!!

“Over the past couple of months, the customer service at the specific location has been horrible. There has been workers there talking about marijuana while there’s customers in line just now respecting customers who are paying out of pocket.

Today is Sunday, which is not too busy at Dunkin’ Donuts any other week, but there is a marathon going on in a line was outrageous and there was two ladies working. I wanna shout out, SANDY SHE IS AN A1 WORKER!❣️ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. SHE HELD HER COMPOSURE AND TOOK CARE OF THE LINE AS QUICKLY AS EFFICIENT AS POSSIBLE. SHE CERTAINLY DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THE OUTSTANDING WORK THAT SHE HAS DONE OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS I HAVE NOTICED..

“i like going to Dunkin because of the food and what they have in the menu. they always have something different in the menu every month. the food and the atmosphere is good they have cooling air inside and the customers are nice to you.

Parking: there be enough people here to order food.

Kid-friendliness: the people are friendly here they wait in line to order there food.“

“Friendly employees and order was prepared In a timely fashion. Womens bathroom was clean and wipes were provided for eat In tables. The only thing that threw me off that there was a refrigerator with juices that expired in 2020- the liquids have separated and were discolored- kinda gross and a waste of electricity.“

For a long time I would drive way outta my way to go get coffee because I absolutely hated this location and many more in the area but over the last 3 months I’ve been coming here every day and honestly glad they have a more well rounded and friendlier staff than a few years ago!! I even sometimes steal my friends dog to take him to breakfast now!!
