Dirty tables, ran out of donuts on National Donut Day (customers after us offered coupon for a free donut tomorrow, no offer to me) male worker swearing while I'm sitting here with my 2 kids. Classy.
It's no wonder this place has such low ratings. The girls that had serviced me and my friends and I know their names, we're completely disrespectful to us as customers. I have worked in this industry and have dealt with difficult customers far worse than what I had done that night. So I can understand their frustrations. If I could give this location zero stars I would. My friends and I have never been so disrespected in our lives. The girls that were working there were so rude when we told them that our coffee wasn't made correctly. They had to make it twice and after that we said forget it we just want our money back. One of the girls followed us outside and called my friend a fat b***** and told us she was going to call the cops because we were "trespassing". So rude. I'll never go back to...read full review
