Insomnia Cookies is a popular spot for a quick pick-up and go, especially late at night. The bakery offers a wide variety of flavors, including peanut butter cup, salted caramel, white chocolate macadamia, triple chocolate, and chocolate chunk, with a perfect mix of crunchy, chewy, soft, and gooey textures. Customers appreciate that the cookies are always warm and delicious, even when some staff members seem overwhelmed or disorganized. The place runs out of seasonal specials and most top-selling cookies by 8-9 pm, but the original cookies are still available and can satisfy a sweet tooth for the night. In addition to baked goods, Insomnia Cookies also offers excellent ice cream at a reasonable price. Its late-night hours make it an ideal spot for fulfilling sweet cravings after hours.
