Some of Their cookies are insanely yummy. They remind me of cookies you’d bake at home. My favorite is the double chocolate. They had a caramel apple cookie recently for Fall, and that was super tasty 😋

The driver, Cordell, was wonderful. Personable and kind. He turned an irritating situation into a manageable one.
I ordered through the app after a previous driver recommended it. My daughter and I waited patiently. The app alerted us the order was delivered, but nothing was on our porch, behind the house, or on our neighbors’ porches. Cookie suspense is not a fun sport.
I called the store and explained we hadn’t received the order. I asked what would happen if it wasn’t delivered and if I would get my money back. The staff member said, “It depends.” Those two words are not soothing when you are snacky and thinking about warm cookies.
A clearer reply would help. For example: “I’m sorry this happened. Let me contact the driver and follow up with you as soon as I hear back.” Language like this shows ownership and care.
The driver later explained the app had been sending false “delivered” alerts. He apologized and made sure we received our order. His professionalism and empathy made all the difference.
Please keep making your delicious cookies. I also encourage staff coaching on communication during delivery issues. It helps customers feel seen and supported.

Will never be back to this location again even her employees were looking at her with 10 heads. It was the girl with red hair.

Big cookie smell in the place. Tried the vegan birthday. Which was just a vanilla cookie with sprinkles. Was really good! Can’t wait to try the other flavors.
