The Island bar and grill was the best authentic food I've had in a very very long time. Our server was Emily. She was adorable and greeted us, took our order and checked in on us periodically. For the appetizer, we had sweet chili chicken wings and fries. Both were Devine and packed with flavor. The chicken was crispy and the fries were crispy and the best seasoned fries I had. Good God this place was fun. And it was only Wednesday night! Ice cold red stripe (which I'm told is NOT how they drink it in Jamaica) was right on time. The chicken spring rolls are some of the best eating I've ever had. Sirloin was cooked perfectly and seasoned in a unique and delicious manner. Collard greens are Delicious. Just great vibes here. Amazing people.
