Amazing customer service. I love the organic Peru dark roast regular and decaf. I tried a flavored coffee and had a unsatisfying experience. When I emailed my complaint, I got an immediate response and they sent me a replacement of my favorite coffee almost overnight. When it comes to decaf, I will only drink their organic Peru dark roast decaf. Perfection in a cup.
Just tried your coffee for the first time. As soon as I got it out of the mail yesterday, I made a copy of your Maui madness. It was delicious and flavorful. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Quick service and great coffee!
