First things first. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Every time I’ve been in there I feel like I was teleported back into my grandmas house when I was 5 years old…… rip granny. ? But c’mon….fresh oven baked chocolate chip cookies!! Say no more. Staff always goes over the top. I don’t even have to ask… because they know!! Right in the oven for that ooey gooey goodness. Top it off with cold milk, and call it day. You could call it a regular old neon gas station, and you might be right… but it might as well be nonnas house to me. ? ??

The pump screens play obnoxious commercials at a high volume and it is impossible to mute (I tried all the buttons). This place is terrible. Will not fill up here again.

The worst Neon of them all. I have been to the original locations in Middletown, and then the newer sites of Fall River/ Free Town Location, Seekonk, and Warwick locations. This one is near my work. The bathroom has no hand soap. Water and or piss all over the place. Vandalism of bathroom. The employees are too busy talking to each other and on their phones. The soda machine is always missing big cups. Everything looks touched and unsanitary. They have the lack of condiments. I gave a 30% tip at least for terrible service. Providence isn't the location to go to when it comes to Neon.Parking: Nice size free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spot and handicap accessibility on the curbs. Also the Bathroom.

Worker had a real attitude problem. I had to ask him the same question three times just to get him to answer as well because he was just ignoring me. Food was good though.

To that tall guy with the curly hair, that was an @$$hole to me I hope this review finds you well. I can in and this person was rushing me and giving me attitude for "taking to long". Now I don't know if it a training issue or he just build rude like that or maybe you where having a "bad" day. But Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and that interaction completely ruined my willingness to ever go that particular store again. Either do better or stop working in customer service. Please and thank you.

The handicap restroom in the woman's room doesn't have a door on it so you can't use it and I am handicapped so I didn't use the bathroom there. It was a waste of my

No doors on bathrooms. No windshield washer fluid in squeegees by gasoline. Staff seems to not be aware of customers at times; some staff are good. Expensive. Nice big parking lot.

Been coming here for the last 2-3 weeks early morning around 3-4AM now, love me some coffee and 98 cents any size why not, since cumberland farms coffee prices went up, but as a former cumberland farms employee as well overnight was still making sure coffees are fresh cleaning up coffee station and stocking up but here coffee beans are grinded up and fresh cup of coffee all the time there is no excuse why overnight employee shouldn't have coffee station cleaned and stocked up, no he's too busy watching videos on his phone

If you're familiar with Wawa or Sheetz in the mid-Atlantic and midwestern states, then you'll be delighted to see an equivalent in the form of Neon Marketplace. It basically takes the convenience stores that you see accompanying gas stations and expands them into extravaganzas open 24/7 - complete with jazzed-up soda and coffee machines, and staffed deli counters where you can order hot bites like breakfast sandwiches, subs, and fries around the clock. This particular outlet in an industrial area of Providence is no different. In addition to having plenty of gas pumps, the interior is large, bright, and airy, with plenty of drinks machines, well-stocked fridges and aisles, and a friendly, full-service deli that was able to customize my sandwich exactly how I wanted. There's even a small café-like seating area where you can wolf down your goodies on the spot. It's not quite as big, busy, and frenetic as a Wawa or Sheetz, but it's close enough. And even if the deli doesn't offer gourmet cuisine, it's still a welcome, ultra-convenient resource especially when nothing else is open late in the night.
