Neon Marketplace Providence Reviews
Always get my subs for lunch here, excellent service and excellent quality!
Hi I'm absolutely in love with this neon store that Mr Byron runs I think it's awesome I love your coffee I love the service and they always on point with everything I have to come here every morning and I live far from the store so that says a lot just wanted to let you guys know that thank you have a great day p
Ordered a pizza at around 4 am though one of the screens at the kitchen only to be told they didn’t make pizza yet. I don’t have a problem with that but there needs to be a limited function on the screen on what you can and can not order. I paid over $19 on a pizza and couldn’t get it nor get refunded because the manager was the only one that can issue a refund.
Neon Marketplace Providence offers a nostalgic and friendly experience that reminds visitors of a beloved family member's home. The highlight of the menu is their fresh oven-baked chocolate chip cookies, served warm with cold milk. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, creating a comforting atmosphere. This restaurant is similar to popular convenience stores like Wawa or Sheetz but has its own unique charm. Open 24/7 in an industrial area of Providence, it features a large, bright, and airy interior with plenty of gas pumps, drinks machines, and well-stocked fridges. The full-service deli provides customizable sandwiches, breakfast items, subs, and fries. There is also a small café-like seating area to enjoy meals. Recently, customers have noted improvements with the service and atmosphere, particularly since the new manager, Byron, took over. The store looks better than before, and the friendly employees enhance the experience with their quick and accommodating service. However, some issues have been reported, such as confusion over pizza orders at late hours. Despite this, Neon Marketplace remains a convenient and pleasant stop, especially late at night.
