her bagels are fresh but the owners temperament is worse than a toddlers. she is incredibly rude to her employees and customers. she can't take any constructive criticism and can't handle the idea that someone else might know better than her. save your money and go to a bagel shop that will actually put cream cheese on your bagel and won't call you stupid :) -a past employee
