Terrible customer service
I sent my son in today to pick up stuff for dinner. Lexi who works in the deli, looks at the other girl working and says to her “that is So and so’s little brother, ignore and don’t serve him”! No wonder this business has been in financial trouble for years. At times leaving employees unable to cash their paychecks, and forcing them to find other jobs. I wonder if the manager and owner know how their staff treats customers.
