Absolutely delicious 3 of us went for dinner. Food was soooo good. We had the delicious ribs, plantains, yummy smoked brisket bites, cornbread and mac and cheese everything was soooo good. Marla provided such great service 🌟 happy to support local business.

Very tasty ribs, much like Wes' ribs in the past. Friendly service. Plain but atmospheric dining room. No complaints!

Based on the reviews, Fire & Flavor Smokehouse offers a mixed experience. The ribs are delicious, smoky, tender, and packed with flavor, cooked perfectly over fire, and not dry like chain restaurant ribs. However, there are significant complaints. The waffle fries were taken off the menu, which is a disappointment, as the curly fries were just okay. Service issues include long waits for drinks and food, and a lack of plates and utensils. The food can arrive cold. One burger was overcooked. Under new ownership, the food is described as generic and has lost its soul. The prices are high, with a bill for a family meal and appetizers reaching $265, including a 20% gratuity added without notice. The restaurant is often quiet with few customers. For some, the experience is not worth returning for, while others praise it as a gem and a piece of Providence tradition brought back right.
