On our final stop to white mountains, enjoyed good lunch at Yagi during our stop in Providence. It was good location. Tried Bao buns with Gochujang chicken and cucumber salad. Pretty decent and certainly very good atmosphere in market place.
I ordered the Tonkotsu Soup (noodle, pork broth w/sliced pork, green onion, soft boiled egg). It was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and whole dish was incredibly satisfying.
The place is located in the historical 1898 Central Terminal Building of Union Station in downtown Providence in a 18,000 sq ft Food Hall.
