“This is the only Dunkin I go to to get donuts from. No other DD around serve fresh donuts with fresh frosting. They actually frost the donuts, none of those donuts with hard frosting that was delivered prefrosted. Friendly service too.. PS there are 5 DD that I could go to,all very close. “I usually will not leave a review on any major food chain, but this one in particular blew me away. Not because of the food or drink, but because of the service of one particular guy named Landon Herbert I believe his name was. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted with a warm welcoming smile and hello, and when i ordered (they were extremely busy by the way) he treated my order as if i were the only person in there and got it out within the minute. As i watched he continued that ethic which astounded me. The drinks and food he made were some of the best food i’ve ever had from there EVER. The only reason i will be returning is to see his face once again. He boosted the moral of his coworkers and made the atmosphere a great place to be in. Props to Landon!“

“This dunkin donuts is a really nice place the staff are awesome and the environment is pretty cozy. The lobby is pretty empty but i think its awesome because your not waiting on any customers in front of you. Dunkin donuts also has a huge menu that you can pick from. Their coffee and donuts i think is what makes this chain at this location pretty good. Id highly suggest this dunkin if you need coffee and other breakfaast need to your early commute to work,etc 5/5 from me

Parking: The Parking is in a weird spot and can house more customers with an adequate redo and remapping of this locations parking lot“

“The coffee is top knotch, the food si 7/10 and a bit pricey, but about normal for the area. Small seating area inside, and more outside. Plenty of parking. Barista didn't add sugar to my coffee as agreed, but the coffee taste and quality more than made up for the tiny omission. Would highly recommend, and definitely will be back for the coffee! 😃“

I took my daughter for a drink & let me say every part of my first time experience was great, thanks to ALEX - the amazing starbucks worker, she was extremely patient and sweet with me and my daughter who did not understand drink size, names or even drinks for that matter. Alex was literally the best. I was worried about having someone annoyed with my little knowledge of the menu. I will definitely be returning....Thank you Alex ; your rock ?“

“For over 6 years I have been coming to this location. By far the best in Rhode Island... Many crew members are TOP NOTCH!! They know me by name and order! During the pandemic they went above and beyond and kept everyone safe. Lately new staff has been slipping up, messing up orders, slow times which is understandable. Today I placed a mobile order like I do daily. I’m on a PM shift on Thursday so I mis my normal morning crew. I walk in and all the mobile orders are piled up on the counter (3) new people I’ve never seen. A girl walks over to assist another customer and turns her back to walk away (clearly she saw me waiting) I ask to grab mine she slightly turns and responds with “it’s not ready” I could tell my lone coffee was ready I could see my name 🤦🏼‍♀️ she walks away and starts ringing at the register... A young man walked over and asked my name I told him then proceeded to ask her name and I was spoken to rudley, said she’s the manger.. no she’s not I know the manager I asked again and again she finally screamed her name half way across the tiny restaurant... uncalled for. Never in 6 years has ANYONE spoken to me like that or treated me like that from this location :( I’ll make sure to stick with my friendly upbeat morning crew... From a manager perspective I think regional and the store manager should reconsider who they are leaving in charge in the afternoon. Someone really needs a training on customer service and kidness“

“When I came into this store last, I was politely greeted by a kind young man. He was very diligent and receptive toward me throughout the entire exchange. He made me feel very welcome and ensured he got my entire order correct. The whole time, he had a smile on his face and seemed like he was in a great mood. I have gone in several times, and the majority of the workers are rude and disrespectful; however, I believe his name was Andrew, and he was outstanding!“
