This is my favorite bakery in RI. I go there from Providence even though there are plenty of bakeries here. This location has excellent espresso, good pizza, excellent cannolis and the best prosciutto sandwich I’ve ever had. The prices are very fair.
Goodbye Pastryland!!
I ordered 12 trays of wedding cookies for a thank you lunch I was hosting that was important to me. When the cookies were opened, I noticed a rancid odor. They tasted awful and left a bad after taste in your mouth. Also, the cookies at the very bottom were stuck to the tray and disintegrated when you picked them up. I ordered a birthday cake for my grandson who is 5. I requested a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and simple red sprinkles. I went to pick it up and the cake had red roses on it!!! Totally not what I ordered...when I questioned it they told me because it was a special order cake I could not get my money back but they could give 5.00 or 6.00 off the price. They didn't listen to my request at all. I will not be buying another cake there again...very disappointed!
