Not sure what it is with this location but most of the time they don’t get your order right. I typically go early in the AM on my way to work. The staff can be very chatty so maybe that why? Also, I recently went to this location and went through drive thru and I watched this young lady on sandwich station prep my food then when she had a minute she picked up her phone wearing the same gloves then placed her phone down and then picked up a stack of EGGS still wearing the same...read full review
I would give this Dunkin a higher rating, but upon finding out that they can now fire employees at this location for having facial piercings.. I'm going to have to give this one a 2 star :( My service was excellent the last time I came in. A younger employee with facial piercings served me my order, made it perfectly and was incredibly polite and kind, but when I came back later that week I saw they were no longer there due to this new anti-individuality enforcement.
