“What fun! A small, informal restaurant with authentic French food, thanks to the French chef. The specials — like rack of lamb or monkfish — are especially good. It’s BYOB, so you can bring and enjoy a bottle of fine wine without having to pay a huge mark-up. If you forget to bring wine, you can pop over to the wine store just two doors down, on the other side of the ice cream shop. But you won’t have room for ice cream after a delicious dinner at Plouf Plouf.“

“First off, the star of the evening was our server Michelle! She’s a gem! It was our only restaurant during our vacation where service staff made us feel like they were truly welcoming us in and wanted us to have a great experience vs just going through the motions. Everyone had a genuine smile and seemed to love their jobs. The food and decor was just as fabulous. It really felt like a French bistro. The carrots were our favorite dish (recommended by Michelle) and the flourless chocolate torte was a close second. I don’t know how they got the skin so crispy on the chicken but I’ll be dreaming about it.“

“What a great restaurant. The onion soup is world-class, as was the Steak Frites. Great drink selection. We had the Grenache red wine and were very impressed. The warm bread and olives is a must order and outstanding value. Can't say enough good things about our meal and experience at Le Central.“

“We did dinner here on our honeymoon! We came for Summer Sushi and it did not disappoint. We are sushi lovers and I feel confident saying this was the best and freshest sushi we have had in years. Service was excellent and the place was beautiful!“
