I hold very mixed feelings on this Dunkin' Donuts. When I am not touching the potato head inappropriately I am usually entertaining myself by ordering a caramel signature latte with extra caramel and immediately sending myself into diabetic shock. The store is not very wheelchair accessible and when I brought my friend there I tried to push him and his wheelchair up the deceptively deep stairs and I dropped him. He subsequently died because of this.

I frequent this location as it's less than 1/2 a mile from my house. Location cleanliness is good. Staff is friendly and efficient. My main complaint is the lack of consistency with how much cream cheese is put on bagels. One day I'll have enough for 3 bagels and the next not enough for my one bagel. Yesterday was the worst of all...if I could add the picture I would. There wasn't even enough cream cheese to lightly cover half of my bagel. I didn't realize...
