Went to the BK Drive Through, took 3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my car at the speaker. Then after repeating my 6 digit code from the AP several times, the lady at the drive thru took order and said I was all set. When I got to window....the supervisor/mgr took my credit card, charged me and then handed me the BK Bag. It did not have all the items I ordered on it. This is the second week in a row that the Hash Browns have been nothing but crispy rounds...there is no potato inside! There might have been but I think they were in the frylator too long and we ended up with just crunchy, crispy rounds...no potato. Very disappointed....not sure we will go back and order them again.....
This particular store (1010 Bald Hill Road, Warwick, RI) has an issue with customer service, the first woman that took our order was great but the gentleman manning the second window was awful. He told us to go around to the front and park, cause they had to wait on fries. Sure, that’s normal and fine. We sat there waiting for 15+ mins, and still nothing.
